Very good polenta, excellent crême brulée too. The starters were excellent, the choice of wines and gins was excellent!

Only tried to drink. It has an excellent selection of gins, each accompanied with the right tonic. Very small place, hence the name which in Veneto means little hole. Silvia is very nice and professional at the same time, like her other collaborators. If you love gin and tonic it's a must.

In a street full of clubs, life and friendliness, there is this magical place: In addition to the usual cocktails, classic and revisited, as well as good wine, you can't help but rely on the knowledge and passion of the guys who will accompany you on a tour of gintonics around the world, spicy, dry, fruity gins... So on and so forth! A selection of more than 100 expertly paired gins and tonics! I would like to say that I have always hated gin, but they know how to combine the right flavors and smells and make you love it! Do we also want to talk about the delicious dishes, very refined not only in appearance, but also in the balance of flavors and cooking methods?! I would like to focus on one dish in particular, so I couldn't help but ask for an encore, the pork BELLY, moderate and perfect portions to taste the softest and best meat I've ever eaten! It left me speechless!! Every dish is taken care of in every little detail, from the long cooking (we're not talking about 2 or 3 hours, you can taste the difference and this cooking is truly looooong!!), to the flavors and also to the various consistencies. Don't expect huge dishes from a trattoria or tavern, but expect passion and balance in every single bite! Last but not least, I would like to underline the importance of the kindness, smiles and passion that these guys put into their work! My partner and I traveled 600km to walk and enjoy Roman life over a weekend, relying a bit on chance. Again by pure chance, we found ourselves in this street, where all the places had just started to set up and arrange tables and chairs, my partner, a gin lover, was immediately rightly attracted by the sign gintoneria outside the place, as soon as we entered We approached and were immediately welcomed and introduced into this great little world! Here no one will abandon you and if you feel like it (like we did) let yourself be cradled by their expert hands. What else can I say... GO THERE! TRUST YOURSELF! Enjoy all the dishes and cocktails they offer you! And thanks to the guys and the owner for the fantastic evening they gave us! You are very good!!

A very welcoming and nice place! Good and cheap cocktails and aperitifs. We had a nice evening with my friends. The staff are really friendly - even when I accidentally spilled the cocktails, they immediately fixed everything and made the cocktails again. Thank you so much you are top!

A Venetian and Veronese corner in the beautiful Pigneto neighborhood in Rome. Both the cocktails and the delicious dishes are highly recommended. A stage not to be missed!!!

Siamo stati da Buseto al Pigneto dopo aver visto una recensione su Instagram e che dire torneremo torneremo torneremo . Localino carinissimo e nonostante i tavoli fuori caldo(per me è un punto a favore sono freddolosa). Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto che la signora gentilissima ci ha fatto diventare aperitivo con due ottimi Spritz ❤️ ( si sente la mano veneta della proprietaria ) Per cena abbiamo preso due polente una al ragù (strabuono) e una al brasato al vino rosso (da leccarsi i baffi). Abbiamo concluso il pasto con un ottimo gin tonic consigliatoci dalla proprietaria (hanno una vasta gamma di gin che fa perdere la testa ) Consiglio tantissimo ❤️

Bellissimo localino in zona Pigneto Roma perfetto per un aperitivo e per la cena. Posto e cucina ricercati e originali. Il personale è molto competente e Silvia, la titolare, una bomba 😊
