The spritz was perhaps a little expensive considering the average of what you find in Venice, however I found Cicchettini to be excellent and fresh, including meatballs so I'll definitely try again

Eccezionale, sia come cicchetti, che come pranzo veloce. Mi è piaciuta molto la location, di fronte alla Chiesa di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, sia il locale. Mi hanno fatto accomodare in un soppalco delizioso. Ottimi vini!

We went to have some cocktails. I loved the place and the atmosphere, very cozy. Very well prepared cocktails and very attentive and friendly waiters.

21/03/2024: I was staying at a hotel nearby to the Airport and I was recommend this restaurant from a friend which was walking distance… and it did not disappoint! It’s a family run restaurant with authentic & fresh Italian cuisine. I was travelling by myself & they were able to speak sufficient English & made me feel very welcome. I will be coming here everyday until I go back to the UK!
21/03/2024: I went in by chance, I didn't know the place, but I was pleasantly struck by the courtesy and kindness of the staff, the fish dishes were excellent, fresh and plentiful, the pizzas were fabulous, the dough was light and digestible, the price was more than good to try

30/03/2024: Best pizza to go in Venice. For €5 you can get a large piece with super tasty dough and various toppings.
18/03/2024: Great for just a quick stop and go. Got 4 fairly large slices of pizza for just €10.
