Caffe la Fortezza In Montalcino

Clean place in the center of Montepulciano, hospitable staff. On the menu you can find wine tastings, bruschettas, sandwiches and focaccias. The pinnacle of goodness is the bruschetta with melted pecorino and honey... out of this world. We had an encore (one portion includes two bruschetta). Excellent quality/price Super recommended!!!

As soon as we arrived in Montalcino in the afternoon we stopped in this bar for something to eat. The very kind guys recommended some excellent wines and we chose the crostini tasting. We had a really good time, I recommend it and I also hope to return!!!

Il locale ha due entrate, una di fronte alla fortezza ed una da una stradina sul retro. Personale cortese e sorridente. Un luogo ideale per una pausa durante la visita di Montalcino.
