Molto gentili e veloci, buona la cucina dagli antipasti ai dolci. La porchetta eccezionale! Ma agli schiaffoni preferivo i paccheri della precedente gestione, forse solo nostalgia...

Leckere Gerichte mit Einblick in die Küche. Authentische Gerichte, ein Gedicht. Am Samstag unbedingt reservieren. Nach besonderen Speisen fragen. Für das Essen lohnt die Anfahrt von Rom.

Per gli orfani di Lucullo ecco l’unico posto di Frascati che propone i mitici schiaffoni. Piccola cantina che si affaccia sulla stupenda piazza del Palazzo Vescovile, i coperti non sono tanti e la sala è sempre piena in un clima tipico da osteria. Discreti gli antipasti, ma il pezzo forte sono gli schiaffoni: che dire…superlativi! Attenzione quando ordinate le ciambelline con il vino…sono ciambellone. Servizio molto, troppo, lento. Conto corretto, prezzi da osteria.

07/11/2023: Nice and very hospitable place, not at the level of a restaurant but a little tidier. At the entrance you are greeted by a woman, I think the owner of the restaurant who receives your reservation and shows you the table, it's a shame that she is the only one serving the tables and taking orders like a waiter. You can see at first sight that the food is made with quality products and is prepared following a precise recipe, but the fact is that the carbonara was served with too much pecorino which bothered the throat after a few forks, while the bacon was overcooked and almost burnt , but the other dishes, such as gricia and amatriciana, were very good.
14/10/2023: Prenotato con The Fork, ho provato questo ristorante la scorsa settimana. Spaghetti alla carbonara discreti. Polpette alla cacciatora indecenti per quantità e prezzo ( 15 euro per quattro polpettine ) .Sconto praticato correttamente. Non ci tornerei .

15/09/2023: Fantastic family driven restaurant with incredibly nice and present owners, great prices, great lasagna, definitely recommend!
19/08/2023: Run by a young couple, they offer a choice of 4 first courses, 4 second courses, side dishes and desserts for lunch. All dishes are espresso, well cooked. The environment is small, but that's fine.
