After having had the opportunity to try various restaurants in Latina we can safely assert that this is the best!!! Excellent cuisine, special people, sublime dishes! It's always a pleasure to come here for dinner 😉 highly recommended because you can perceive the professionalism and skill while always enjoying good things!! Well done 👏🏼

Hands down, the best restaurant in Latina city. The chef, a young but already very skilled boy, revisits the Italian tradition with a skilful use of sauces. If you love strong and balanced flavours, you can't help but come and taste what the menu offers you. The owners, Roberto and Marcello are very welcoming and competent, they will be able to guide you according to your tastes. Worthy of note is the choice of natural wines, all of which are excellent and can be paired with every dish on the menu. In short, a special place for your Latin evenings.

A unique place in the city. Refined cuisine, friendly service and modern environment. Truly an excellence. It's definitely a place to come back again and again. I would like to suggest a specific dish but in reality every dish tasted was a discovery.

We went to visit Roberto and Marcello in the new place they recently inaugurated and we had a great time, as always. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere makes you immediately feel at ease, while the elegant furnishings add a touch of refinement to the environment. The move to the new location has certainly added value to the dining experience, offering a larger and more comfortable space for its guests. Here there is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes accompanied by the kindness of the staff who make every visit a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended to all those looking for good food and warm conviviality. Compliments!

Place of the heart! Sunday lunch with the family! Every time a new discovery! To try and try again!

A fantastic culinary experience. The place is very welcoming and attention has been paid to the smallest details. Vast display of wines and staff trained to give any type of explanation regarding the dishes and the pairing of wines based on the dishes chosen. We tried an appetizer and a first course each, all very good and refined in appearance and taste, the buffalo tartare was exceptional. The desserts are also delicious.

Una esperienza culinaria fantastica. Locale e molto accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Vasta esposizione di vini e personale preparato a dare ogni tipo di spiegazione riguardo ai piatti ed all' abbinamento dei vini in base alle pietanze scelte. Abbiamo provato un antipasto e un primo a testa, tutti molto buoni e curati nell’aspetto e nel gusto, la tartare di bufalo eccezionale. Anche i dolci buonissimi.

Top food, impeccable service, great

Ed è proprio nella nostra prima esperienza (tardiva ahinoi) da Cantone 7 che le papille gustative hanno danzato per tutto l'arco del pranzo. Partiamo subito con i complimenti per Marcello, Roberto e la loro brigata per il concept di cucina proposto nel loro piccolo ed accogliente locale. Materia prima di assoluta qualità, trattata con rispetto e dovizia dove i gusti vengono letteralmente esaltati, da idee, cotture perfette ed abbinamenti che osano un pochino nei sapori rendendo i piatti sempre gustosi, divertenti ma al tempo stesso equilibrati. Il biglietto da visita dei loro piatti è il loro stesso profumo! Marcello è un ottimo padrone di casa, sa fare bene il proprio lavoro, ha grande competenza sui vini proposti, la cantina strizza l'occhio prevalentemente a vini "artigianali" con una selezione di piccole/medie realtà veramente eccellenti che accontentano anche i wine lovers più curiosi! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. Torneremo senza ombra di dubbio! BRAVI!
