The location, the composition of the dishes, the choice, the cuts of meat and the cooking, the attention to the customer and the service. Special thanks to the super kind Andrea, to Sandro for the advice on the wine to match and its temperature, to the girl at the cash register and to the owner. (with the excellent amaro of its own production). We will return as soon as possible because this evening we focused on the meat (excellent) but we also want to try the desserts. 🤣Thank you

Just outside the historic center, a very well designed, pleasant and captivating place for "carnivores". Large choice of cuts of meat from different origins. Trained, kind and professional staff. Good ideas in the kitchen. Truly well-kept cellar. Adequate prices.

We went to dinner with the family after seeing a video on social media. Usually the truth is not reported exactly in the videos, but in this case all expectations were exceeded... we ate the tartare and the sushi, in which you could feel all the freshness of the meat, grilled meat and baked potatoes, all delicious, not to mention the oil and basil dessert. A truly excellent end to dinner. The very kind and well-trained staff, excellent quality, the goodness of the meat makes you want to come back the next day.
Really excellent and competitive quality/price ratio. I will return soon, I hope that the quality and service always remain this way because a place that truly exceeds expectations.

The idea of meat sushi was very welcome, for me the first time. Well prepared dishes, welcoming environment, qualified and very courteous staff. Music more suited to the environment would be more welcome (obviously it's a personal taste). When you taste the sweet "Oil on canvas", however, you live a significant experience... for many but not for all! We will happily return.

Molto gradita l’idea del sushi di carne, per me la prima volta. Piatti ben preparati, ambiente accogliente, personale qualificato e molto cortese. Una musica più idonea all’ambiente sarebbe più gradita (ovviamente è un gusto personale). Quando assaggi il dolce “Olio su tela” però, vivi un’esperienza significativa…per molti ma non per tutti! Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

I have been to the I Carnivori restaurant and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. We enjoyed delicious dishes prepared with care and passion. Special thanks to Andrea, our waiter, who made the evening even more pleasant with his courteous and attentive service. The desserts are also extraordinary.
We will definitely be back soon to savor the delicacies offered by this exceptional venue again!
