I'll start by saying that I had no doubts about the food and the service, let's say that in certain restaurants you're on the safe side. What surprised me the most and what made this experience literally stellar was the chef, but not as a chef, that is "obvious", but as a person. A welcoming and kind host welcomes you at the entrance, shows you his structure, tells you about it, gives it life, lets you sit in his kitchen, cooks for you, serves your meal, entertains you and makes you feel completely at ease, and also say goodbye when unfortunately the time comes to go home. His passion and that of all the staff make you say without a doubt that everything is worth it. The chef's table is an experience that I recommend for its uniqueness. The dishes masterfully prepared, served and described. The professional, but also fun, staff really know what they're doing. The location, unique, refined and elegant but sober and not sumptuous. Truly congratulations to everyone, you were fantastic.

Beautiful experience in a refined atmosphere but also full of history, both linked to that of the venue and the building itself. We chose the Io e Silvia route where fish-based dishes are predominant. The sea bass wafer, spaghetti with anchovies and lemon, fried scampi and duck with rhubarb are the dishes that impressed us most. Well balanced dishes, but full of flavours. Beautiful cellar, both as an offering and as a venue, inserted in the ancient part of the building.

The historic venue has been renovated respecting its profile but bringing greater brightness and space. The cuisine certainly remains the most interesting in the city and one of the best in Italy.

I’ve been here a while ago but the memories still last. The attention to detail we received was fascinating. One of the best experiences I can recommend.

Una bellissima esperienza da provare. Noi abbiamo scelto il percorso "Io e Silvia" e devo dire tutto sommato ci è piaciuto, a parte alcuni particolari che io come cliente gradirei fossero curati di più. Il personale, per quanto gentile e abbastanza preparato, deve essere più attento considerando l'ambiente. Sarebbe gradito il tono di voce più basso, in ambiente così dovrebbe regnare la calma.Purtroppo io, rispetto ad altri posti stellati in cui sono stata, qui non mi sono per niente sentita coccolata, cosa importante. Ci sono stati altri episodi che mi hanno delusa abbastanza di cui non ho sinceramente voglia di parlare, però è giusto sottolineare che tutti i clienti devono essere trattati equamente e anche se è fine servizio non bisogna rilassarsi. Questa considerazione potrebbe essere inutile in un ambiente diverso, ma dato che si tratta di un ristorante che gode di una certa fama, il personale deve essere formato meglio per evitare queste situazioni.

Che dire? Tutto perfetto dall’accoglienza al saluto. Piatti e servizio soddisfano in modo eccellente. Tappa fissa se siete da queste parti.

Chef table senza chef, in altre faccende affaccendato, nel nuovo bellissimo ristorante ai dodici apostoli, rilevato da Perbellini è rimesso a nuovo. Ci accoglie comunque un bravissimo ragazzo, che ci accompagnerà tutta la sera in uno dei pochi tavoli davanti alla cucina; dodici posti in tutto per i dodici apostoli ma in verità siamo solo in quattro. Vedere la brigata di cucina al lavoro è comunque piacevole è ancora più lo sono i piatti che arrivano. Menù con i classici dello chef, un paio di sorprese e nessuna variazione possibile. Fantastico il super classico vafer di branzino, caprino e liquirizia e da sogno la sogliola con crema di froggitelli. Altri piatti tutti all’altezza, così come i vini, in accompagnamento con qualche chicca veramente notevole. Dolci come sempre fantastici. Servizio impeccabile. Conto super elevato ma ci sta, anche se lo chef avrebbe dovuto esserci.

Una vera e propria esperienza di sapori, profumi e consistenze. Grande cura nel servizio così come nella presentazioni dei vari piatti. Un percorso degustativo entusiamante a dir poco ed estrema professionalità del personale. Eccellenza in tutto.
