I am writing this review after 5/6 visits to Casa Scaparone, so I can guarantee that it is not a single positive experience, but the opinion of those who have been able to get to know this beautiful reality well. The people who run it are charming, young, with particular attention to guests and an uncommon friendliness and way of doing things. What they offer is wonderful: the original but well-kept location, the traditional dishes but presented with personality, the rooms with attention to detail. We have already returned several times and will continue to return often!

Wonderful experience!
We had lunch with a group of friends for my birthday.
The staff is young, friendly and kind and attentive to all customer needs. Truly excellent cuisine. Traditional Piedmontese dishes and their reinterpretations. Numerous vegetarian options.
The magnificent place and attention to detail complete the setting.
I'll be back as soon as possible.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante in occasione del periodo del tartufo bianco.
La struttura offre menù degustazione in funzione alla stagionalità dei prodotti, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.
L’ambiente è accogliente e familiare, dallo stile rustico e perfetto per il luogo in cui si trova. I piatti sono stati tutti molto buoni e belli da vedere, serviti in porcellane dallo stile un po’ vintage tutte diverse.
Dato il periodo era possibile aggiungere una grattata di tartufo bianco fresco sui piatti.
Al termine del pranzo il giardinetto esterni era allestito con bancarelle di piccoli artigiani che offrivano i loro prodotti.
Una domenica che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Situazione singolare, ti senti immergo in un mondo parallelo e ti piace subito da impazzire. Tutto sa di libertà e ti senti così a tuo agio nel farlo che non ti rendi nemmeno conto di essere in un ristornate, ma pensi di essere a casa tua. Cibo buono e pensato; sono passata a trovarli nel periodo del tartufo, esperienza che vi sconsiglio da loro perché gli abbinamenti non sono davvero azzeccati ma evitando questo percorso culinario, l'esperienza diventa perfetta. E' stato un pranzo unico e davvero GIOIOSO. Tornerei, mi ha scaldato il cuore.

We were looking for a place to eat white truffles in the Langhe, and Casa Scaparone met our expectations. At the gates of Alba, the place is truly enchanting and the service very welcoming, as well as well prepared (especially regarding wines). Non-à la carte menu, both with truffles or alternatively with the possibility of adding them to individual dishes

Sono stato ospite a pranzo domenica 5 novembre scorso. La cascina è perfettamente restaurata, osteria accogliente e calda, location curata nei minimi dettagli. Pranzo con menù fisso 5 portate, e tartufo bianco a scelta (una o più portate oppure tutto il menù con aggiunta di tartufo). Personale giovane, professionale ed estremamente attento anche alle intolleranze alimentari, un plauso particolare al somelier.
Esperienza che consiglio vivamente e che rifarò al più presto.
