Casale Drinzi In Collesano

Great food and my all time favourite dessert semifreddo! Further from the village, surrounded by nature.

The Casale Drinzi, located in the middle of the beautiful Madonie, near the pretty mountain village of Collesano. A large, beautiful area with a vegetable garden, chickens and play areas for children. We became aware of Casale Drinzi through our slow food guide 'Osterie d'Italia', which has not disappointed us for 20 years and describes the wonderful, seasonal, regional organic cuisine of Italy everywhere in Italy. This is also the case at Casale Drinzi and we have eaten here several times and always had the degustazione menu and it was always different and always fantastic. Please do not eat anything for at least 12 hours beforehand. Eight wonderful antipasti - vegetables, cheese, mushrooms, sausage, sometimes snails - always different but always delicious. At least 2 wonderful primi, then 2 or 3 secondi, wonderful dolce, coffee and limoncello, amaro and chocolate liqueur. Afterwards you want to ask where the bed is. I don't want to talk about the price/performance ratio here, it's just incredibly good. The service and the people are incredibly friendly, generous and warm, even under stress. The guest room is very, very nice, open, large, and at the same time very comfortable. The tables are beautiful and even set with cloth napkins. A place to really feel good. Casale Drinzi describes its cuisine as simple. I would like to add delicious, with aromas, herbs and spices very finely balanced. The chefs can do it easily. It should also be mentioned that Casale Drinzi is often full on weekends and if you don't have a reservation, there is a small dependency 100 m away. You can also enjoy the kitchen on a beautiful terrace. We will use the small B&B at Casale Drinzi in spring or autumn. Then we can earn the great food by going on a hike and after the meal there will be a bed.

A magnificence: staff at the tables are courteous and ready to satisfy every request, as well as very approachable. From a culinary point of view, everything was wonderfully good, even excellent. Truly a super place to enjoy delicious dishes, absolutely highly recommended.

Quality and familiarity. Family place, large and surrounded by nature. A selection of very high quality meats and homemade products of the highest quality. Meat is the most recommended thing after tasting as many appetizers as possible. Delicious, cheap, sublime quality.

Food good, portions huge. Service friendly.

Excellent for a Sunday family lunch. The fixed menu offers many specialties with seasonal and quality products. Very welcoming location and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a tasty and genuine lunch out of town

I have often been there for lunch, top cuisine, fairytale location surrounded by greenery, inside the panoramic room tastefully furnished in chalet style the fireplace is crackling... what more could you want?

We went to the restaurant, excellent welcome, excellent quality, excellent value for money.

Scoperto per caso....posto davvero accogliente con piatti ben presentati e gustosi, con diverse varietà di carne, disponibilità e cordialità da parte del proprietario da ripetere assolutamente....!!!

IL Menú si Presenta Elegantemente in un Libro fatto in Pelle con le Dovute Cuciture...ed é davvero Vario con tante Possibilitá di Scelte Squisite...anche le Pizze con Impasto Leggerissimo...poi Ancora Lumache...Stinco al Nero D'Avola...e Tante Specialitá Rustiche...come da Foto!
