Quality and abundance of food are the basis for the Symposium, with the variety of menus it offers. Congratulations also to the entire staff, who work in complete harmony with each other to ensure that the event is PERFECT.

Very nice structure for organizing banquets and various events. The appetizers and the various first and meat courses were very good. The desserts with ricotta are a little disappointing.
