Spectacular location, kindness, friendliness, service and concern for the customer, truly quality food and phenomenal SPA; I'd say there's no need to say anything else. However, a dutiful thank you also goes to the fantastic Mr. Enzo who, with his friendliness, professionalism and friendliness, made us involved and relaxed in the guided relaxation program chosen by me in the SPA. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOUR PRESENCE FOR ANY APPOINTMENT YOU WANT TO MAKE AT THE STRUCTURE!

Dream location.... Kind, helpful and friendly staff.... The rooms are spotless and spacious... The view of both the castle and the panorama is breathtaking.
The spa is recommended even if it is divided over 2 floors but for us this was not a problem at all...
Sensory journey with a very expert and friendly lady.. Beautiful
I recommend having a couple's massage at the end of the day... Which gives a boost of thanks in a good way.
Complete breakfast of sweet and savory... I would say normal.
Dinner at the wine shop next to the castle.... Nice, friendly and helpful staff.. Extraordinary and plentiful food..
I will be back wonderful

I really liked it and I relaxed, thanks to the friendly and very nice staff, thanks to the little train after lunch😂panoramic view from the sauna!!! Would gladly return!

Perfect location for a moment of relaxation immersed in nature and with an enchanting view. We used the Smartbox for the couple's massage and added, at our expense, the evening entrance to the Spa with an aperitif (charcuterie and cheese platter with bubbles) and a guided sensory journey (very nice). Clean and welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful outdoor hydromassage tubs with hot water (we would never go out again!). Everything perfect, we recommend.

Helpful staff, good masseurs Andrea and Simone, excellent service in general and customer attention. Well presented meals, good portions and quality. Overall nice experience, definitely very relaxing

Siamo state al castello di Montaldo per un addio al nubilato. Servizio spa guidata interessante e coinvolgente. Cena al ristorante del castello buonissima con personale competente e super gentile.

Magnificent, huge castle.
Very impersonal.
Parking very far from reception. And insufficient number of places for hotel guests.
Poor welcome, few explanations.
Makeup stained towels.
Elevator always busy.
The breakfast room is in the middle of the Spa.
Little choice for the “savory” part of the breakfast. Cold food: omelette, bacon...Uncooked bacon!
Very good massages, pleasant wellness center staff.
SPA very good.
Maitre d of the perfect restaurant.

Servizio impeccabile, il personale è stato molto cortese e i piatti che abbiamo ordinato ci sono piaciuti molto, anche se abbiamo fatto fatica a finire tutto. Esperienza da ripetere!!!!
La location molto suggestiva soprattutto di sera.
