The polenta concia is truly excellent, cooked in a refined way. The environment is also nice and comfortable. The prices are definitely too high.

Went for a wine tasting on a wed in feb 2024. Paulo, the owner and a sommelier, hosted the evening. What a great event. Learned a lot about wines and bought a few bottles.

Had lunch in this very nice place. Enjoyed a very good polenta accompanied by a glass of flavored white wine recommended by the owner who, despite being a good sommelier, certainly did not demonstrate courtesy and affability, qualities that I consider necessary to welcome the customer and make him feel at ease. High prices even if the quality is not lacking.

Locale molto carino e curato, i prezzi sono altini. Il cibo è buono ma non strabiliante. Cameriere non sapeva nulla dei piatti. Per delle tariffe del genere mi aspetto camerieri preparati

Locale molto carino con ottima selezione di vini! Ottimi anche i secondi di carne, mediocri invece i primi: lo spaghettone era slegato e con poco sapore es idem il risotto! Servizio lentissimo, 2 ore per una cena è veramente troppo! Prezzi un pó sopra la media

Locale in ottima posizione nella piazza del paese . Personale puntiglioso e poco elastico alle necessità del cliente Menù pretenzioso e poco adatto alla località montana. Ho preso un normale hamburger che veniva descritto con enfasi eccessiva e una bottiglia di acqua per 29 euro. Un po' caro a mio giudizio

31/03/2024: Excellent restaurant with great service. delicious food with generous portions and super professional waiters... our table was looked after by Riccardo who was super helpful and always present... an experience to be repeated
11/02/2024: After a lot of research we finally found an open restaurant, during October almost everyone is on holiday, but we were not disappointed, excellent quality/price, true Aosta Valley cuisine, very good and knowledgeable waiter, exceptional polenta tanning😋

Repinsa Gourmet Food

11/12/2023: Posso definire la pinsa il "breve tratto", poiché il locale si trova nei pressi del centro ed è accessibile a tutti. Il locale punta tutto sulla specialità pizzaiola in salsa romana, inoltre quest'ultimo offre un onesto servizio alla clientela in materia di croccantezza. In questa particolare situazione ho optato per un classico rinforzo leggero, la pinsa bufalina. Una variante più spinta del normale che soddisfa sempre in qualunque occasione. Non abitando distante, ho optato questa soluzione per un asporto facile e sicuro. Nulla da dire sono rimasto enormemente soddisfatto. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da una semplice bottiglia d'acqua naturale.
11/10/2023: Morning at the Repinsa bar at Carrefour in Pollein. A coffee served with Santina's beautiful smile (I asked for her name for the review 😄)! Professional, kind and nice! Delicious coffee and croissants!
