Sublime experience at the Cavallini restaurant. Super attentive and prepared service, they make you feel pampered throughout the evening. We tried various starters, all very balanced and refined; standing ovation for the vealed tuna, truly super! We then moved on to the first courses where the champagne risotto is now a strong point of the restaurant and never disappoints but also the three tuna ravioli and the spaghetti with rock essence with a strong and enveloping flavor are definitely worth trying! We will be back soon to delight our palates.

Well furnished and well cared for, elegant, refined and pleasant environment... intriguing menu, well executed and well presented dishes... tradition and innovation with a touch of modernity... genuine food... kind and very professional staff... wonderful experience...

Ci hanno accolti molto calorosamente e ci hanno riservato a mio padre il miglior tavolo, nonostante la prenotazione del giorno prima e nonostante fosse la prima volta. Il servizio puntuale ed impeccabile. I piatti tutti ben equilibrati, ben eseguiti e serviti senza fretta, né ritardi. La selezione dei vini, eccellente. Sia per il pasto che per l'accompagnamento dei dessert. Lo dico coscientemente: sono un sommelier. Il dessert memorabile. I due proprietari sono uno lo chef ed il secondo, che gestisce la sala, un sommelier come me. Piacevolissimo averli conosciuti e scambiato con loro (più che altro con il sommelier) quattro chiacchiere alla fine del pranzo. Grazie per l'esperienza!
