We went to this restaurant for lunch on Friday (I recommend booking) beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff and fast service, good dishes.

Hotel restaurant, so lacking in any vestige of a pleasant ambience but the service was excellent as was the food. Would go back for the parmasan risotto!

We ended up here by chance because other restaurants where we had asked were full and thank goodness. A very clean restaurant, with exceptional staff, very friendly and at your entire disposal. We tried the tortellini in brodo and tortellini with salma Emilia and they were wonderful, I recommend it! If I return to Bologna I will definitely return to this restaurant.

The restaurant is located inside a hotel, but can also be used by those who do not stay there. We had a cutlet petroniana (bolognese style) and a parmesan risotto, which is seasoned in the form of parmesan in front of the customer. Everything delicious, especially the risotto. The environment is really nice and welcoming, and the waiters are kind and polite. The cost was adequate. The only criticism I could raise is the cover charge of €3, which however does not include water, as in other restaurants. I had a good time, I recommend it.

Il locale è a pochi passi da Piazza Maggiore. Il menù è completo. Il Ristorante è a servizio dell’hotel Roma ma è possibile mangiare anche senza essere ospiti. Elegante

25/03/2024: I went to this restaurant after the Bologna marathon, with my companions from the running group, about twenty people, including a vegetarian and a person with intolerances. Obviously the place was full, but the service was courteous and well organised: all the people at our table were served one by one, without downtime. We had agreed on the menu in advance; we had appetizers (croutons of various types, all very good and not banal), cold cuts with tigella and cheeses with jams) and an encore of first courses (ballanzoni with mortadella absolutely delicious and tagliatelle with meat sauce very "Bolognesian"!!!). Our running companions were also very satisfied with the lunch. The restaurant is not right in the center, but a 10-15 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Advised
24/03/2024: Nice place. We chose it to try typical Bolognese cuisine, we were very satisfied. I'll be back!

31/03/2024: Characteristic restaurant in the center, informal environment, young, friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent cocktails.
