Excellent Salento aperitif that differs in quality from the usual aperitifs. Very friendly and welcoming owner, a particularly positive note to his collaborator, very knowledgeable about wines, who at first glance might seem to be of Romanian origins, and who understands Italian very well and every customer need. Highly recommended.
