I immediately felt at home! Young and very friendly staff. The owner is the icing on the cake, friendly and affable who immediately knows how to take you to the strong points of the cuisine (all of them). What's certain is that you won't leave hungry! A place I will definitely return to.

Roast with peara is excellent. Disappointment for the first course: pasta with 3 ragù (specialty of this restaurant), the meat one was inedible, it tasted like vinegar, we pointed this out to the waiter who told the chef, his response was that he hadn't put vinegar in the ragù !!! However they didn't change it. The problem was highlighted when paying the bill.....not exactly cheap. The wine was good though!!!

Menù con poca scelta e piatti senza fantasia. Probabilmente la specialità della casa è il carrello dei bolliti, ma non adatto per me poiché il mio era un pranzo di lavoro. Qualità prezzo troppo sbilanciato. Servizio, coperto, caffè 7,50 anche no!!. Non credo che tornerò

There isn't much to say: the word SUBLIME is adequate to explain the experience of a lunch based on boiled meats and roasts accompanied by peara', green sauce and horseradish. All combined with an excellent superior Valpolicella and the professionalism and courtesy of the waiters and the owner.

Ristorante vecchio stile molto ben tenuto. Da provare il carrello dei bolliti e degli arrosti. Anche tortellini in brodo molto buoni!

Semplicemente meraviglioso! La carne sia il bollito che l'arrosto sono davvero una squisitezza. Se amate come me la carne dovete provarlo assolutamente! Il proprietario è una persona simpatica e molto gentile..insomma non potete perdervelo!

16/03/2024: Arriving from Turin we stopped in Soave for a short visit. We had dinner at Amedeo on the recommendation of friends. Excellent quality food, nice place and what can I say about the owner, very nice. Recommended for a culinary stop.

Ristorante Il Boschetto

24/03/2024: I spent a couple of hours in a little paradise a few steps from the Adige...I really relaxed, I ate a lot and very good and I paid the right price. The service was characterized by extreme courtesy, despite the fact that there was a real "assault" of customers... the agile waitress was kind. The restaurant is a rustic trattoria where, however, the aim of making customers eat well, without frills, in a pleasant environment has been achieved. Clean bathrooms. I will definitely come back.
