Always honest and objective...what can I say? We've been coming here to this magical place for years, yes, truly magical, they do beautiful things to see and eat. Lately I often come to Ciotola for other commitments and I can say that we can't avoid this magnificent place. truly at the top of the category over the years we have tried everything, panettone, cakes, pastries, various types of chocolate, doves and other delicacies, we also had lunch there is not a single thing that could have bothered us compliments really there were so many in all 'Italy highly recommended 👍

Very nice place, ideal for spending some time with friends. Everyone was very friendly, especially the bartender Francesco, who was truly hospitable and very very kind.

Ho comprato 2 panettoni, al caramello salato e Amalfi. Abbiamo aperto il primo e per quanto fosse freschissimo, non siamo riusciti ad apprezzarlo, perché poco zucchero. Abbiamo attribuito la cosa al gusto e invece, poco zucchero anche l'altro. Entrambi meno di 1 Kg.

Il servizio è molto disorganizzato. Tempi di attesa lunghi. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Nota positiva per l'eccellente pasticceria
