A perfect dinner at the Cosimo Russo restaurant. The chef took us on an amazing culinary journey with his wonderful dishes. A young and innovative cuisine with great products, cooked to perfection and with an equally perfect wine accompaniment. Highly recommended

I knew chef Cosimo well before the photos attached to this review were taken: the dishes are the synthesis of an excellent summer evening under the Federiciana Tower, with unique dishes, an excellent combination of colors and flavours, from the Salento land but also from 'overseas. Impeccable service, with a good selection on the wine list. The chef was always available and attentive to customer needs... also for catering for birthdays and anniversaries. The panettone and doves are excellent during religious celebrations. Costs are average.

A nice discovery in the province of Lecce! worth a visit! Excellent cuisine, quality service and presentation of dishes! the chef pays homage with a special and tasty finger food welcome! the bread made by them with unrefined grains is special! the only flaw was the location...even though it was in the historic center and in an ancient room, it was a bit cold, even though it was full of guests, it seemed empty. The prices are high but the quality and quantity of the portions do not disappoint. Advised!
