Typical crotto with good traditional Lombard dishes. Personally I really appreciate when different dishes are brought hot and to everyone at the same time and so it was; Even though we were eleven people, we were all served at the same time.

I had dinner with friends at the crotto Civiglio a few evenings ago and I ate very well. Starters, cured meats and cheeses, to make an encore, pizzoccheri, snails with polenta, delicious, ossobuco with polenta, very soft and an angus, amazing. The panna cotta, then, is the best in the world. The service was attentive, quick, professional, always with great kindness. The price is excellent, around 35 euros per person, considering the water, wine and beers, I considered it excellent. Highly recommended!

In una umida serata autunnale sono andato con la mia famiglie per festeggiare il compleanno.
Ambiente sempre accogliente e simpatico per gustare i sapori della tradizione.
Qui si viene soprattutto per la polenta, proposta in diversi abbinamenti. Noi abbiamo provato quella con i funghi porcini e con il gorgonzola; ottime entrambe. Buonissimo anche il lardo con il miele di castagno che ho provato come antipasto.

Ristorazione ottima, prodotti molto genuini, personale molto cordiale e professionale.
Struttura molto vecchia semplicemente da rivedere in alcuni dettagli.
Il prezzo non è economico ma appena sopra le aspettative.
