We thought we would find a classic trattoria, also because that's what we were told, but instead we found modern and very good cuisine. We also really liked the environment. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Satisfied

Oggi TripAdvisor mi ha chiesto cosa ne penso di questo locale. Anticipo di avere un affetto particolare per questo ristorante, l’ho vissuto sin da piccola ed ho potuto assaporare tutta la sua genuinità. È nella sua genuinità negli anni Davide ha accolto il cambiamento, la volontà di esplorare il gusto e condividerlo con i propri ospiti, senza però mai mai mai dimenticarsi della tradizione e dei sapori con i quali è nato questo angolo meraviglioso. Unica pecca?Abito a 1100km di distanza!!Non vedo l’ora di poterci tornare! Un abbraccio forte a voi!

Wir sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam geworden auf der Suche nach etwas zu Essen. Wir waren ziemlich spät und im Restaurant wurde schon geputzt, trotzdem wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Es wurde alles möglich gemacht, dass wir noch etwas von der Karte bekamen und der Koch hat für uns noch frisch gekocht. Wir haben noch ein Bier dazubekommen und haben die leckersten Nudeln in Puglia essen können! Könnte ich mehr Sterne vergeben, würde ich! Wir würden jeden Tag wiederkommen, es war herzlich, einladend und super lecker!

26/03/2024: I can't recommend enough - buonissimo! Delicious traditional food, fantastic vegetarian/vegan options (as well as non-veggie) and lovely hosts! It's clear there's a lot of care and thoughtfulness put into the food and friendly atmosphere.
09/03/2024: I have been traveling through Puglia for several days. The best restaurant I have ever eaten in.

La Tana del Lupo

12/03/2024: Delicious and original pizza with well-composed ingredients. Quality ice cream. Friendly staff (There was an initial problem ordering and it was quickly resolved). Cozy place and excellent prices.
