Top restaurant. Our pizzas were good and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed tasting the homemade pizza, the one in the name of the restaurant.

Cibo eccellente. Servizio rivedibile, poco sorridenti e non prontissimi per un cambio ordine molto facile (che non è stato svolto, anche se richiesto a pochi istanti dall'ordine iniziale). Credo sia un posto per chi vive a Roma e lo frequenta spesso (in quel caso probabilmente il voto sarebbe 5/5 perché se si parla solo di cibo è ottimo, credo il migliore della zona). Io voto da turista è 3/5.

Trattoria in una traversa di piazza Bologna. Ero andato per la cacio e pepe, ma le fettuccine con carciofi e guanciale mi hanno convinto di più. Staff molto simpatico.

Coso Wine and Restaurant

07/04/2024: A small place full of Romanness. The guys who serve the tables are all always very kind and prepared ... and some of them speak Spanish really well (I had written « de p …. madre » but Google thinks it's an insult) The prices are fair and the servings are of adequate weight. If you are in Via del Corso or in the Monte Citorio area during lunch or dinner time, you can't miss it!
03/04/2024: I have been going to eat at Coso for many years and I have always eaten very well, perhaps the best value for money in the area. Very nice owners and above all very Romanistic. Of note is the amazing carbonara, Roman artichoke not to be missed and the meatballs in white wine with mashed potatoes are special. For those who want to be a little careful, I recommend the president's dish consisting of wok-fried rice with grilled chicken and vegetables.
