If you find yourself in Ischia, the south-west area of ​​the island near Panza, I suggest a visit to the bay of Sorgeto and then a stop in this restaurant. I have known it for at least 20 years, over time it has managed to maintain an excellent quality/cost ratio, so much so that it has become an obligatory stop for me every time I visit the island. Prices around €20/25 per person for a first course, a second course, dessert, water, wine and coffee, and very generous and high quality portions! Notice the difference in size between the serving tray (it was a portion for two people, it's not clear but the tray was also deep) and the plate. All with a breathtaking panoramic view of the S.Angelo promontory (included in the price 😎). The guys on the staff are friendly and very kind, Mrs. Gisella is a marvel!

Famished at 4pm (an odd Italian meal time) we chanced upon this restaurant visiting the Bay of Sorgeto. This ended up being one of our most memorable experience of Ischia, the restaurant is perched up on the hill with a wonderful panoramic view of the bay. We had traditional Ischia dish Bucatini al sugo di coniglio, zuppa di cozze and gnocchi alla Sorrentina. The food here is tasty, packed with rich flavors and homely - makes you feel like you’re eating at grandma’s house. We enjoyed a nice sunset dinner, warm hospitality and consider ourselves lucky to find this place randomly.

Struttura direttamente sul mare piatti abbondanti e buoni prezzi modici ma si contraddistingue per l'accoglienza delle proprietarie e del personale sembra di stare a casa consiglio vivamente💪🏻🏅

Buon cibo, brava e disponibile la cameriera lascia un po' a desiderare la location da curare molto di più

So tolles und so günstiges Essen in großen Portionen! Wir wurden als vegetarisch essende Familie von den Vorspeisen mehr als satt und genossen die tolle Aussicht und den leckeren Wein. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Se vieni da Gisella, non devi avere fretta. Può capitare di aspettare tanto, ma si è ripagati da ottimi piatti, saporiti, abbondanti, serviti in caratteristici piatti colorati. Non mettete fretta in cucina, Gisella e Angela hanno i loro tempi. Piuttosto godetevi il panorama e magari fate due chiacchere con il vostro vicino di tavolo. Ne vale la pena
