We went there based on the recommendation of locals. There is no menu in other words, they have a fixed menu (i.e, course menu) either fish or meat. The portion was large and food was delicious and fresh. The total for the dinner was about €185 for four so the price guide was not that accurate but it was worth it. Reservation is a must.

Excellent!! We had lunch on Sunday with a fixed fish menu including wine and a pasta dish with meat sauce for the child which was delicious, quality and fresh products! It is advisable to book because it is very small, you can also eat outside! I advise

Historic and traditional trattoria highly recommended💪 Simple dishes, but with a unique and exceptional taste. Friendly, welcoming and customer-focused staff. Abundant dishes and exquisite wine. The location is fantastic. Unmatched value for money in Venice🥰

02/04/2024: Fish prepared with care and refinement. Spectacular all-tuna dish. If you come to Mauro, a taste of the raw meats is a must. Wide choice of wines. Somellier a little grumpy but professional. Discreet and silent service: perfect.
02/04/2024: Excellent. The best in the area without a doubt. Crazy quality of fish, all very fresh, it melted in your mouth. Raw, first courses, baked second courses, desserts, truly truly excellent. You can taste the very fresh and well-processed fish. The cuisine is fantastic, the location is very elegant and they (the super super cute lady) are very friendly. See you next time and greetings from Bologna!

14/04/2024: Elegant and delicious! Very cozy restaurant with excellent cuisine and very attentive and helpful service. Everything we tasted was very tasty and creatively presented. Definitely worth visiting!
09/04/2024: Amazing dinner beginning with the potato mousse and meatballs for two, followed by delicious risotto, the fillet, and finished with tiramisu and panna cotta. We loved every bite, and are thankful that our friends recommended this place. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Venice. I must also say that the service here was impeccable. Every member of the staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in, and they paid attention to every single detail to ensure that we had a special experience.
