Pleasant evening in Bormio. Very elegant restaurant in a beautiful hotel in the center. Welcomed by a very friendly maitre who recommended some excellent dishes. First a welcome entree, then two appetizers including venison tartare and stuffed guinea fowl. First courses include Valtellina-style pizzoccheri, a dish par excellence of the local area, and nettle gnocchi with mixed venison and roe deer ragout. Fair price for what was eaten, taking into account that four courses plus a water are around 40/45 euros per person including cover charge.

Well-kept restaurant, classy environment, in the hotel where Coppi and the White Lady met.
Tasty dishes, fast and friendly service, honest prices for the service offered.

Scoperto durante una serata a Bormio, è stata una cena davvero deliziosa, in raffinato ambiente montano all'interno di un hotel, cibo squisito e servizio impeccabile. Non mi trovavo così bene da tempo. Da consigliare e ritornarci assolutamente!

Wir waren Geste im Hotel und hatten dadurch das Frühstückbuffet. Sehr große Auswahl, incl. Speisen die frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet wurden. Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal.

Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto. È un ristorante di un albergo, ma non ci è sembrato così.
Legnoso, luminoso, apparecchiatura e servizio accurato, ma non distante.
Abbiamo provato il flan di funghi, gli agognati pizzoccheri, il ragù d’oca e le costolette di cervo. Ci ha accompagnato un Crespino Rainoldi (vendemmia tardiva).
Siamo stati bene da tutti punti di vista!
