Since I moved to the neighborhood (recommended by acquaintances) to go to the Charleston pizzeria, Mauro's pizza is an unmissable ritual...Delicious pizza and very friendly staff...I recommend it...

Pizzeria in the Pilastro neighborhood in Viterbo. My attention is directed above all to the quality of the products used both for the dough of the rounds and for the pan, and for the condiments and fillings. Milk is used in the impact as written on the menu. The sausage calzones are a must try. The staff is also friendly and helpful. To be reviewed.

La Bianca - Borgo San Luigi Restaurant

17/03/2024: While staying in the village, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant and the location is very beautiful. Second courses (catch of the day and deer) were excellent, unfortunately the starter (egg and artichoke), as communicated to the restaurant manager, besides being cold, tasted of absolutely nothing. Very friendly and helpful staff.
13/02/2024: Nestled in a beautiful Tuscany hotel, this restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While the food was decent, the ambiance could be improved, though the hotel’s pool and green spaces added to the charm. Service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff.

19/03/2024: Location close to the centre. Excellent first and second courses. Very welcoming and courteous staff. Good pastry shop. Low prices. You can't find better than this in Siena. To be recommended
