I had lunch here today. I was happy with it; I took farfalle with cream of leeks and speck (exquisite) as a second course with a turkey fillet in balsamic vinegar surrounded by a little spinach. Well congratulations to the chef/cook! The meat was super soft and with the balsamic vinegar flavor WOW. If you pass by, you are in the Caramagna Piemonte area, pass by the square, the dejavu will not only disappoint you, but will amaze you!! I bet. Seeing is believing!

27/02/2024: Dopo una settimana di tour in Piemonte, siamo capitati per caso in questo posto. Semplicemente fantastico!!!!!! Location spettacolare . Cibo sublime. Personale fantastico . Qualità prezzo ineguagliabile (e noi liguri ci stiamo attenti) !!!!!! Da consigliare a chiunque.
02/10/2023: Cucina eccellente che pesca nella tradizione e fa uso di ingredienti chiaramente superiori alla media. Servizio gentile, simpatico, discreto. Qui si sta davvero bene, adatto sia per occasioni formali sia per occasioni un po' meno formali. Un rapporto qualità prezzo di altri tempi. Complimenti ai ragazzi che portano avanti una realtà, genuina ed eccellente nella sua semplicità, sempre più rara in Italia. Passate di qui, merita davvero.
