I returned for a weekend in Palermo, after having been there years ago. What can I say... a guarantee of goodness, from sweet to savory. Highly recommended for all celiacs.

I'm in Palermo for a few days of vacation and I discovered this gluten-free bakery/pastry shop and I go there every day to eat something. I have to say that everything is really good. I recommend the arancini but also the desserts which are truly special. It is an oasis for celiacs. The staff is very kind. 👏🏻

In name, in fact! I purchased a tiramisu cake and a single portion of Sacher cake. Both delicious! I will happily return to try the savory one too. I highly recommend it!

10/03/2024: We went to VintiReci a few days ago. We were welcomed by the owner Massimo, a really kind and helpful person, the place is very nice and welcoming, what struck me a lot were the pizzas, innovative, they had a particular taste, delicious, the dough and the seasoning were of excellent quality I had never tasted such good pizzas, in fact I wanted to meet the pizza chef Ninni, young but very expert, very talented, what can I say, 5 stars are few, we will definitely be back.
04/03/2024: Locale individuato tramite il passaparola. L'esperienza si e' rivelata sicuramente superiore alle migliori aspettative. Accoglienza cordiale da parte di uno staff gentilissimo. La pizza era un capolavoro di impasto, materie prime eccellenti ed accostamenti inusuali ma gradevolissimi. Esperienza da ripetere senz'altro.

05/03/2024: Good quality food. Numerous and present staff, kind and polite. Price/quality ratio a little high... but the raw materials are certainly of high quality
