Doc - The Burger House In Parma

Place in the center of Parma, very welcoming and beautiful. The owner and staff were very kind, prepared and quick. They explain the whole menu! I chose the Chicken Burger with Roquefort cheese without the bun and the chips. Never had such a juicy and tasty chicken burger, high quality and fresh meat. You could tell it wasn't frozen, but freshly made. Compliments to the chef, I will return to taste the rest of the menu. Top 5 stars well deserved

Consigliatissimo..servizio ottimo e cucina ottima. Atmosfera e personale meraviglioso. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Tutto molto buono.

Room: small but welcoming on two levels: ground floor and basement. Staff: very friendly and professional. Food: The meat is good and the baked potatoes are cooked really well too. I wasn't very satisfied with the sauces, especially the guacamole one. For the rest of the good ingredients. As a side dish I recommend baked potatoes! Average price. Burgers start from €13

Locale in attività da quasi un decennio e sicuramente la qualità delle materie prime ha consentito questo piccolo primato di longevità in una realtà dove molti locali vivono poche stagioni effimere, legati come sono alle mode del momento. Negli anni Doc è comunque cambiato, anzi si è adattato: scelta ridotta, prezzi calmierati ( anche se una combinazione di ingredienti può portare un hamburger a costare fino a 20€, bevande e coperto escluso) e in generale un tono più rilassato rispetto agli inizi. Resta immutata la qualità della carne e il servizio sempre attento e gentile. E, finalmente, anche il titolare sorride..

Good deconstructed hamburgers (to be combined with salad-tomato-raw onions served separately). Too bad they don't include the classic chips and cheese in the cost. Disappointing desserts and only 2 wines by the glass.
