Good dessert overall. Beautiful outside, with perfect grouting and beautiful stratification inside. However, for me the sponge cake should have been wetter and, to my taste, the "almond" aftertaste was not very pleasant. however recommended for unique and particular cakes.

I wanted to try this pastry shop because I heard good things about it, and in fact my expectations were not disappointed. I booked a dessert for my birthday which turned out to be delicious! And although there were quite "heavy" ingredients (Nutella, mascarpone, cream, etc.), everything was very light to eat! Then the request for the writing I wanted on the dessert was granted and the pastry chef was very nice and kind when ordering.
