Very nice hotel with an enviable location and convenient parking. We are satisfied with everything but we think the breakfast was truly excellent, but the dishes in the restaurant were also no different, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner. Our compliments go to all the staff but in particular to Alex and Giovanni, they made us feel at home and welcomed our child's every request with a smile.

Location was very good, but it wasn’t like a4 star hotel the room was not so clean as a 4 star hotel!

Posizione centralissima, camere molto ampie, alla pari di suites, pulizia scrupolosa, colazione ricca e personale gentile. Letti King size con topper, set di cortesia forniti di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, detergente intimo e ciabattine

Hotel dispone di camere grandi e familiari. Noi in family siamo 5 e le camere sono spaziose. Personale accogliente e ospitale.

25/03/2024: Well, it's very good that in the morning it is perhaps the only bar "in the sun" in the center of Lecco because if you like to drink your coffee outdoors the others are all in the shade, otherwise the staff doesn't take care of the tables or before It took a good half hour for someone to notice us, no big deal, we had time😅. Coffee without infamy and without praise, from a chic (and expensive) place so I would expect at least a little heart or a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon or a biscuit or even a glass of water like many do. Sin. Banalotto.

02/01/2024: personale cortese e buoni piatti. ma confusione galattica dovuta in gran parte alle tavolate delle scuole sci... avevamo prenotato ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15/20 minuti. troppi per come la vedo io.
16/10/2023: Even if the food had been terrible, I would have returned just for the views. But the food wasn’t terrible - it was GREAT. The mushroom appetizer was one of my favorite flavors of norther Italy. Service is slow in the thick of lunch hour (3 hours), but honestly - with our view we really didn’t mind.
