East River American Pub In Milano

Super trendy pub on the first floor of citylife, perfect for an aperitif, an evening or while waiting between a film or a few hours of shopping. Good draft beer, lots of excellent appetizers and super-fast and very helpful staff. Super recommended.

Good quality, right price, perfect for aperitivo

Mediocre hot dog, perhaps my expectations were high because I really wanted to eat a good hot dog and my desire was not fully satisfied. The happy hour at €10 includes fries, fried onion rings and 2 small burgers (the meat inside of which was still cold)... in short, even though the place wasn't even remotely full, it's not like there's all this attention to quality. However the beer was good.

Large big screen to watch sporting events. Good food

Let's start from the most important points, food and service. The choice of American food is quite vast and the taste is very good. Lots of quality sauces to choose from, as well as burgers and hot dogs, there are rich salads to choose from and they are tasty. Perhaps the composition of the sandwiches is a little approximate, perhaps due to the number of orders. Good beers, little choice for a brewery but those available are very good and poured with skill. The service is excellent, all those who served us had the right job, education, friendliness and precision. Well done and thank you for your attention to the customer. I didn't like the Austrian coffee though, hahaha. The environment is nice as far as the place is concerned, it pays a little to be inside a shopping centre, you don't feel the intimacy of a cozy place but a bit in the middle of the passage....But nothing that a couple of beers can make go unnoticed.

Not bad, not good. Service was okay, tables were clean. Food came quickly. Prices and quality are both acceptable, but could be better. My burger was not cooked enough for my liking (and as per my order) but it wasn’t a problem, they replaced it for me. Fries were in skins and were tasty. Good choice of sauces on the table

Bel localino all'interno del centro commerciale City Life di Milano. Vasta scelta nel menù: dagli hamburger, agli hot dog e insalatone ben guarnite. In due abbiamo speso 28 euro prendendo un club sandwich, un hot dog, un'acqua naturale e un thè alla pesca. Tempi di attesa nella norma. Unica pecca nel servizio è stata la totale mancanza di tovaglioli sul tavolo.

La mia ultima visita all'East River American Pub è stata un'esperienza altalenante. Il locale è noto per la qualità dei suoi ingredienti, ma purtroppo, questa volta è sorto un inconveniente significativo. Abbiamo deciso di andare presto, ma sorprendentemente gli hamburger sono arrivati prima dell'antipasto. Il problema principale è stato il bun del panino, che sembrava essere stato riscaldato, risultando biscottato e non morbido come ci si aspetta. Questo aspetto ha sicuramente compromesso l'intera esperienza. Nonostante il personale alla cassa sia stato cortese e abbia chiesto se tutto andasse bene, ho scelto di non segnalare l'accaduto, poiché non è nel mio stile farlo. Nonostante questo inconveniente, i buoni ingredienti sono sempre presenti, e probabilmente daremo al locale un'altra possibilità, ma sceglieremo un orario per evitare la possibilità di ricevere cibi non freschi.
