With my partner we had a wine tasting with Francesco who explained to us in detail and with kindness 5 types of regional wines. The only suggestion we give to the venue for the success of the event is a more local and simple culinary combination (e.g. cold cuts, tigelle and crescentine)

Very nice place in the center of Bologna. Possibility of drinking wines with a wide choice of both important names and simpler labels. Excellent quality dishes. It also lends itself to drinking drinks, deviating from the more usual ones but finding new combinations.

07/04/2024: ### Restaurant Review "Without Reservation" We arrived at the "Without Reservation" restaurant unannounced and asked to sit outside. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, demonstrating excellent customer care. The first courses, although beautiful and tasty, did not reach exceptional levels. However, the Bolognese cutlet, despite the price of 20 euros, did not meet expectations. The value for money for such dish could be improved. Overall, the experience at the "Without Reservation" restaurant was pleasant thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and courteous staff. However, some culinary proposals could be revised to guarantee a more satisfying gastronomic experience, 62 euros for two first courses, a second course and a beer and a water is for me a high price compared to other places that offer the same menu.
