All the food and wine were good, a magical place surrounded by greenery

A stone's throw from the Roman noise, there is a small paradise on earth. When we arrive, many young or not so young athletic people, sitting on the lawn or on a wall, eat with plate in hand, the same food that is served at the tables, probably ready for an excursion. At the entrance to the garden (the day is splendid) we find a long table that captures the immediate attention of the children: a friendly entertainer, Giulia Scala, involves them in creative work. Which doesn't distract them from lunch: our grandchildren passed the time, alternating food and "work". When we booked, we warned of my intolerances (gluten, lactose, eggs, not really organic meats...) As soon as we sat down, a kind and efficient waitress asked who the person with eating problems was (which was reported at the time of booking) bringing, without me asking, some rice cakes. Everything was delicious, truly organic and zero kilometer and after years I had the joy of eating a sausage: a sausage!!!!!! I could not believe!!! In such a "rustic" place, where the donkey, in its comfortable enclosure, walks and grazes the grass carrying a perched chicken on its head, the service is that of a 5-star restaurant!!! The view is unique and wonderful. The bill was lower than expected. The only thing that gave me problems were the steps, which were too high, leading to the upper level of the garden: I suggest a simple handrail

Very informal place, ideal for the summer season, suitable for children who can run around freely. However, there is an indoor room, for gloomy days. Homemade meals, excellent like homemade fettuccine. I gave 5 stars based on my tastes. I come back often and willingly. I recommend it to you.
