El Inca In Firenze

Excellent presentation of the dishes, strong flavours. Kindness of the owner who was able to guide us in choosing the dishes. Must try!

I tried El Inca at the suggestion of a colleague, for dinner. The cuisine is Peruvian, with small oriental incursions. The raw material is excellent and the presentations truly splendid. Tastes are different from Italianness and this is certainly a plus point, because you travel while staying in Italy. The environment could use a little modernization, but overall I would say that the experience was worth the trip.

Everyone is really good and very kind

I often travel around Italy and in every city I look for a Peruvian restaurant. I have to say this place is one of the best! Delicious cocktails, good appetizers, ceviche a delight! Everything was super good with fresh and excellent quality fish! Normal portions and not trucker portions as usually found in other Peruvian restaurants 😂. Friendly staff, very nice place, I will definitely be back!!!

Since 2015 I have been frequently going to this restaurant from BOLOGNA with my family to taste with great satisfaction the gourmet dishes of the wonderful Peruvian cuisine, created by the excellent Chef Pablo who with passion and high quality products creates fantastic dishes, worthy of a starred restaurant...Always served impeccably by Monica and her very kind and professional staff. Having been on holiday in Peru SIX TIMES over 20 years...having married a wonderful PERUVIAN woman and having visited the coast, the forest and the mountains, so having tried Peruvian cuisine many times in Peru from north to south I can judge well. Unlike other people who give bad reviews despite having only been to this FANTASTIC RESTAURANT once. SO I RECOMMEND IT IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE TRUE EXCITEMENT OF MA'GIARE PERVIANO.

Siamo tornati a pranzo dopo alcuni mesi e devo dire sempre ottimo. Eravamo in un gruppo con alcuni bambini ed stato veramente piacevole. Consiglio a tutti di affidarsi al proprietario per gli antipasti e ai vini. Tutto buono e piatti cucinati perfettamente, personale sempre sorridente. Il prezzo è adeguato alla qualità dei piatti che puoi mangiare solo in alcuni ristoranti di una certa fascia a Firenze. La quantità perfetta per gustarsi il tutto. Si trova parcheggio in zona

Piatti curati e ben cucinati, ristorante peruviano moderno dove poter assaporare ingredienti alternativi, spezie ben dosate. Servizio accogliente. Molto adatto anche per i bambini. Abbiamo assaggiato un mix di antipasti. Consiglio vivamente il petto di anatra. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Vi consiglio di provare la manioca fritta , le ceviche (un grande classico) e di accompagnare il tutto con un cocktail tipico. Super super consigliato

Con amici abbiamo cenato per la prima volta tipico peruviano con piatti di carne e pesce molto curati nella presentazione, dai sapori nuovi e particolari, con ingredienti di qualità. Una piacevole esperienza, da provare.
