The brioches are delicious, but yesterday I was disappointed by the mignon pastries, they were from the day before. The pastry was flaccid and not crunchy... You could feel that they were not fresh.

Da diversi anni, io e mia moglie condividiamo il piacere di frequentare questo regno del buon gusto. Qui si respira un'accoglienza naturale in un ambiente ampio, luminoso e raffinato. Le loro creazioni dolciarie sono difficili da descrivere, solo l'esperienza del palato può dare il senso di quanto scritto.

Pasticceria, panetteria e pizzeria ricavata da un vecchio capannone industriale. Personale gentile e giovane. Ampia scelta, soprattutto di dolce. Ampio parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Segnalo solo i prezzi abbastanza oltre la media

La mia recensione è riferita al panettone, non alla pasticceria, che visiterò in futuro. Ora mai da anni si conferma il mio panettone preferito sia classico che nelle sue declinazioni di gusto diverse. Il pandoro al cioccolato non mi ha entusiasmato rimane un po’ asciutto e il sapore di cioccolato non spicca molto. Ribadisco, i panettoni sono buonissimi tutti!!!

Abbiamo assaggiato oggi, a casa di amici il vostro famoso panettone (nominato molte volte ma finora mai provato): definirlo eccellente non rende l'idea. Lievitato al punto giusto, umido e corposo, non troppo dolce, privo della stucchevole glassa, canditi e uvetta in quantità adeguata ma di ottima qualità. Davvero una meravigliosa scoperta (dopo aver assaggiato e regalato i famosi panettoni artigianali dei carceri di padova e di vicenza e delle più diverse famose pasticcerie vicentine e non) abbiamo concordato tutti che il vostro panettone è il migliore in assoluto. Most delicious panettone that we've ever tried. We were gifted the Olivieri 1882 Panettone for a Christmas gift & it was by far our favorite. The panettone is so good that it's difficult to describe- light, airy with a distinct, determined flavor. The Panettone lasts, too. As long as you reseal the package, it'll last for 40days. The problem will be abstaining from it that long! While other recipients were capable, after that very first bite, we devoured it in a handful of days! Order it. Any panettone. You won't be disappointed! Btw, Olivieri will "make it right" should there be damage during shipping. They're a top-rate company. Love Olivieri! They're a new family tradition.

21/03/2024: Cozy place, friendly staff, quick service. As for the gnocchi, I personally found them "rubbery". I'm not questioning their quality, but I didn't like them very much in my mouth, also because they don't retain the seasoning as they should. Furthermore, in order to enjoy 5 condiments we had to eat the equivalent of 2.5/3 plates of gnocchi. Almost a dish for every taste... Definitely many... Suitable for those who love generous portions. My opinion on the sauces: duck, scarce, ragout, too chopped, soppressa and rosemary, decidedly savory, smoked provola, very good, like the classic of the classic butter and sage. Price 34 euros for two with 5 sauces and water. I would say very good. In conclusion, a different service method would perhaps reward more. I don't think we will return.
