I think it was the most expensive place we ate in Cagliari and the one we liked the least. Although the food looks good, nothing stands out in terms of taste, you can barely find it. Which surprises me because it's always full, but there are other much better places.

Let me start by saying that the boy who served us was truly super, every time we called him he arrived immediately at the table and did his job to perfection, unfortunately the cutting boards did not live up to expectations, I don't want to stay here to tell you exactly what was wrong, but most of the things were very cold, the panadinas seemed to have been cooked the day before, the croutons with the cream cheese were very hard and even the small squares of omelette placed just to fill the cutting board, there was something good inside for goodness sake, on a Saturday with so many people obviously the kitchen has to organize itself, in fact they were super fast, but honestly I prefer to wait a few more minutes, unfortunately we found an unprofessional guy at the checkout with the wrong ways of approaching the customer, we will certainly return in a less hectic moment to think again, because I want to give this place another opportunity and give 5 stars, this review is not aimed at belittling the place, which it deserves as an organization and staff. Pleasant location, trendy solution for an aperitif even if prices have now risen everywhere. A platter of cold cuts and two drinks 40 euros. Caruccio.

We were recommended this restaurant in a museum to try Sardinian food and it was certainly a great culinary experience. The flavor is exquisite and the service is very good.

Il luogo è stato consigliato da un commerciante vicino. Francamente mi aspettavo un menù più sfizioso e variegato.

Finalmente un luogo, nel pieno della Cagliari turistica che non solo mantiene alto il livello di offerta, accogliendo i turisti e i clienti locali con una ricca offerta di prodotti locali cucinati secondo la migliore tradizione sarda, ma lo fa con grande cura e cortesia e sopratutto, a prezzi talmente bassi (rispetto la concorrenza) che risulta difficile competere. Un esempio: buonissimi piatti come fregola, ciccioneddusu o purpuzza, offerti a pranzo ad una cifra ridicola come 16 euro. Davvero complimenti Ellusu. Continuate così!
