Enoteca dei 100 Barolo In Cologno monzese

If a person coming from outside Milan asked me for advice on where to go to eat, I would recommend the 100 Barolo di Cologno. I know, it's not in Milan, but it's worth getting out of the city a little to go and take a look around: you eat great, you drink divinely, the service and the environment will make you feel at home. Umberto is always ready to joke with you, and your every need will be listened to. Try the Alba-style raw meat, the best tartare I've tried so far (and I've eaten a lot), it will melt in your mouth. A fantastic wine shop extremely specialized in Piedmontese wines, but with a good list of other regions too. A positive note is that the kitchen is not an appendage of the wine shop, but it is definitely an added value

The place is simple but the service, food and wine are really pleasant. Alessandro is a very expert and knowledgeable winemaker, with him you can delve into technical analyzes and requests from connoisseurs. Quick and warm service. The environment is informal and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Piacevolissimo pranzo in enoteca con menu del giorno, nota di merito per gli gnocchi di barbabietola e lo sformato di cavolo rosso. Possibilità di mangiare anche senza glutine se si avvisa in anticipo.
