Estratto In Brescia

Ordered a coffee (strictly double), a cappuccino with oats and some bread with hazelnut paste and jam. Excellent coffee and cappuccino, plentiful and truly delicious bread. The barista was extremely polite and helpful, also very knowledgeable about the characteristics of the coffees. The atmosphere is decidedly unique and refined. To try! The only flaw was the lack of brightness, which also made us doubt whether it was open from the outside or not.

Crazy place for crazy people with crazy coffee

Mauro is a super passionate barista and he makes the best coffee in the area. The concept of the coffee shop is super interesting with a lot of vegetarian/vegan options. We didn't have time to get food but the vegan hazelnut cake we tried was super yummy!

It has an atmosphere reminiscent of hipster cafes in Berlin. The employees didn't seem to be in a good mood, I think it was because I went there at noon. The atmosphere with its good coffee may be like a cure for those who are tired of the classic Italian atmosphere.

Small alternative place - which I normally call B.d.M. -, crossed by going around the centre. The owner, Mauro, kind and accommodating, nice. I got a freshly cooked sandwich. Good. The coffee.. Delicious. Nice discovery and well done Paolo!
