Good food, local specialties revisited in a very pleasant way

Excellent experience. Very cozy place with an extensive menu. I ate the local fish dish Lucce and it was one of the best versions I ever ate. Also a very good wine list. Recommended.

Excellent restaurant that I came to on a local recommendation from the guy who worked for the boat agency. It was a great success. For the first course I tried Chitarra con coregone affumicato e grattata di uovo marinato, a light but very well prepared pasta dish, with a delicate and subtle flavor. For the main course, a dish that I fell in love with, Baccalà alla Vicentina with polenta. Delicious from first to last bite. I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely repeat.

We had lunch in this place for Easter Monday, a very welcoming and nice environment. The friendly staff. We had 2 glasses of very good Valpolicella. The starter, a fried gnocco with culatello, was good, as were the 2 first courses with lake fish. And to conclude with 2 excellent desserts. So our experience was very pleasant.

It should be noted that in Sirmione many restaurants are extremely touristy and all have truly exaggerated prices. We chose this one because it seemed less touristy than the others despite being in line with the prices. Unfortunately we chose an evening where there was a very large and quite noisy group of tourists. This certainly didn't help us enjoy the atmosphere that this restaurant could have. Obviously it's no one's fault but my perception also comes from the atmosphere. The menu is quite varied between land and sea dishes. The dishes are well served. We ate two first courses, one from land and one from sea, but neither of them particularly struck us in terms of taste. One might say: not unforgettable. We ordered some grilled vegetables and two desserts which were good. Even the two glasses of two different wines, despite being quite limited in quantity, were of quality. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The price, as already mentioned, is average for Sirmione but expensive. Overall I can't say we were dissatisfied but not particularly impressed either.

No idea why it's rated so high. The food was average at best.

More of a restaurant than a trattoria and this is not a criticism but the reality... the menu is very varied with typical products from the lake and the area which are probably not found everywhere, the place is very popular especially with tourists who sometimes risk not find a place.. the service is not very empathetic but unpleasant and I add not very pleasant.. the prices are absolutely average so a visit is definitely worth it

Very nice restaurant at the city historical center, with Italian and Seafood dishes. Good service, fast and good value for money.

Posto molto carino ma un po’ chiassoso, consiglio vivamente il menù degustazione, ottimo e al giusto prezzo. Il brasato è eccezionale
