One of the best pizzerias in Rome, its owners, together with all the staff, carry forward the culture of good food, the real one, of the farmers and the territory.
Obsessive attention to the flours and yeasts used, their selection of natural wines is also excellent.
When available, try their bread too, always made with different very interesting flours.

Bad attention, sir. Pizzas with little product (half an anchovy per pizza). Very small. The good dough.

Very local Roman pizzeria, with good prices, good pizza and very friendly service. Very happy to have eaten there. Very good tiramisu too.

The pizza is good, special. The place is sad, noisy. Nice fresh beer. They don't serve it on a plate but on paper (if the balance is ecologically positive, that's fine with me). 10 euros for a Margherita is too much in my opinion.

Ottima location nel minimo indispensabile c'è tutto una vera e splendida esperienza pizza magistrale ambiente molto rilassante.

Di ritorno da un lungo viaggio lontano... Di sera... Che cosa si desidera mangiare, da affamati?... Pizza, non tanto distante non tanto turistica... Ecco, Farine'è il posto giusto :quartiere storico di San Lorenzo, universitari, dehor con lucette in un vicolo adiacente alle possenti mura Aureliane. Tutto è tipicamente romano. E per la pizza c è una sorpresa :dai tagli alla misura alla consistenza. Alla romana alla napoletana alla milanese... La mia farcia era bianca, cavolfiore e formaggio pecorino, per gli altri Margherita e... Birra alla spina bionda. Un piccolo appunto: un piattino di carta sul nudo tavolo ci starebbe bene!
