Mi piace ogni anno tornare qui a provare le novità. Le ragazze sono inventive e molto, molto brave. Quest'anno ho preso dei cannolini croccanti di panzanella da intingere nella salsa Cheviche. Fresco e buonissimo. Poi le tagliatelle con sugo a base di anguilla sfumata di Orbetello (che già adoro di per sé), che vale il viaggio - non importa da dove venite. A chiudere un bel dolce di ricotta alle visciole. Mi piace come prendono materie e ricette del territorio e le reinventano in maniera creativa e intelligente. Segnalo che durante la Notte Bianca agostana di Santa Fiora, quest'anno offrivano un panino con lampredotto e salsa verde eccellente (presente in altra forma nel menu di quest'anno). Al solito servizio veloce e gentile. Prezzo assolutamente commisurato a come si mangia.

We are on holiday in Santa Fiora and immediately noticed the Fatt'ammano bistro. The few words exchanged with the owner immediately highlighted competence, liveliness and passion: the numerous dishes that we tasted confirmed all this with the added touch of talent and liveliness that is often missing in so-called local Tuscan restaurants. Truly a very pleasant discovery and a plus for a place, Santa Fiora, unique, but lacking the feeling of welcome and liveliness that a land generous with beauty and goodness should naturally induce.
