Fidelio You will remember him not only for the magic word, whispered by Tom Cruise's pianist friend, in the film 'Eyes Wide Shut'. No. You will also and above all remember it for the location: cozy, intimate, 'velvety', full and rich in period furnishing details, expertly combined to give that classic touch to the place, almost as if it were a tasting cellar. The choice of wines is wide, please let the sommeliers (very good, competent and very courteous) do the work: let yourself be carried away by their suggestions, into that enchanted and sometimes mysterious world that is the world of wine. Sipping it at the base of the imposing bookcase on Fidelio's side will give you the pleasant sensation of having gone back in time, among the soft lights of 1920s lampshades or modern fairy lights hanging from cables sheathed in velvet fabric. All of this, immersed in warm red wood. Excellent place for a tasting alone or in good company...

Sono stato con mia moglie a cena per il nostro anniversario e mi è piaciuto lo stile presente, sembrava fossimo a casa nostra… curato nei particolari. Il personale pronto a consigliarti sulle scelte e disponibili a qualsiasi dubbio. I porti ordinati di una prelibatezza unica, sapori che hanno fatto tornare in mente i piatti gustati nel Trentino. Abbiamo preso cacio e pepe su una forma di parmigiano, indescrivibile. Si fa prima se lo si assaggia di persona. Ottimo vino vinco frizzantino consigliato dal personale.

Aspetti positivi: ottimo vino , antipasti , pane alle olive, amari ( offerti ) buonissimi e non commerciali . Negativi: il mio calice era macchiato ( macchie da lavastoviglie non sporco), lentezza nel servizio, camerieri non all altezza del posto che vuole puntare ad un livello alto, sedute scomodissime, ma sopratutto sono rimasta molto delusa dalla costata, grassissima e senza sapore. Il conto assolutamente ok, 37 euro a testa. Credo che il locale abbia comunque un ottimo potenziale anche perché emerge l’amore del proprietario per questo lavoro. Ci tornerei, ma sicuramente non di sabato :)
