Top notch accommodation, extremely professional service and excellent food. We stayed in Glurns for five days and were lucky enough to get a room at this fine establishment. The stuff here are super accommodating and friendly even before you arrive (I asked to have things sent there before our arrival, which was no problem at all for example) and go far and beyond. The amenities and the ambience in general are rustic, yet super comfortable. Everything was absolutely spotless and every member of staff we encountered provided excellent service. We also had the privilege of meeting the owner/chef of Flurin. He too is very friendly and humble despite of what he has achieved here. The food is next level. This establishment prides itself on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and every dish is tastier than the next. Breakfast is made freshly made to order and really sets and industry standard. I cannot praise Flurin highly enough. It had been quite a while that I was this impressed by an establishment before arriving here and I would not put may other establishments in the same category of excellence. Thanks to the entire team for having made our stay special.

A wonderful evening with inspired dishes. From the greeting from the kitchen to the dessert, every dish was delicious. The diverse flavor nuances that could be discovered in every course can only be described as a culinary experience. The excellent food was enriched by extremely courteous service, which easily took personal wishes and food intolerances into account.

An exception that does not always confirm the rules, meticulous work, energetically directed with the humility of those who know that team work brings sensational results, unexpected surprises, if I can express an unusual term.......CALAMITOUS!!!!

Dinner for two: Here you can enjoy fantastic, creative food in a wonderful ambience. The service was very courteous and personal wishes were completely fulfilled. We felt very welcome and were completely blown away after dessert. The price is moderate and completely justified. An absolute recommendation!

Alles in allem einfach Wunderbar. Das Essen eine Wucht, die Zimmer sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Was will der Gast noch mehr ?!

This restaurant has been the most amazing surprise in the stunning little walled village of Glorenza. Their cuisine is traditional yet innovative, starting with the kitchen’s welcome dish and the beetroot butter to accompany their amazing breads. The ravioli was super tasty covered with generous chunks of smoked ricotta and the duck was prepared to pink perfection. They even have a rather decent list of wines by the bottle but their full bar should definitely also be experienced. The restaurant is part of the Flurin Suites hotel, would happily consider staying there on a return visit.
