Ho preso un drink con patatine fritte al volo da solo e per l’occasione della festa della donna, anche una torta Mimosa. Drink unico e particolare con ricetta creata dal barman. Il gusto era fresco e deciso. La torta l’ho comprata sul posto ma mangiata a casa. Il ripieno della torta è molto buono, soprattutto la crema chantilly mi ha stupido per la sua cremosità. Così buona in giro ce ne sono poche. Esperienza ottima.

Durante la mia recente visita al ristorante Fondi, ho avuto il piacere di assaporare un classico della cucina italiana: la pasta alla carbonara. Sin dal primo assaggio, è stato chiaro che questo piatto era un’opera d’arte culinaria. La pasta, cotta alla perfezione al dente, era avvolta in una cremosa e vellutata salsa carbonara che fondava sapientemente la dolcezza del pecorino romano con la sapidità del guanciale croccante. Ogni boccone era un equilibrio perfetto di texture e sapori, con il pepe nero appena macinato a fornire quel tocco finale piccante che risvegliava il palato. La presentazione del piatto era semplice ma elegante, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che rifletteva la passione e l’abilità dello chef. Il servizio era impeccabile, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più memorabile.

We were there for a wonderful breakfast on a Sunday morning. Very nice environment, very friendly service. Excellent coffee and cappuccino and delicious mini tiramisu. To try again.

Si sono trasferiti a Frascati, prezzi leggermente sopra la media, ma buona qualità. Abbiamo mangiato dei saccottini ripieni ed erano sicuramente più buoni rispetto ad altri prodotti provati altrove

pranzo da fondi in famiglia. servizio sempre molto cordiale e sorridente. rapporto qualità prezzo buono. giovedì gnocchi quindi proviamo sia quelli al ragu (decisamente buoni) che quelli ai funghi porcini (buoni ma un'anticchia meno rispetto al ragu). gradevole il piatto di verdure miste da poter scegliere al banco. pizza sempre al top.
