Courtesy, availability and friendliness. They welcomed us (we were a nice group) well after lunch time, we ate very well (excellent quality), they didn't make us mind the fact that we had barged into the restaurant at a late hour, but on the contrary they pampered us and served us with professionalism and honesty.
