Haven’t stayed there, just used daily entrance. Nice pools and spa facilities. The staff were too friendly and helpful. Massage was amazing. Lunch was not an amazing experience, because they were under staff. It takes time for them to clean the tables, get the orders, etc. Moving to buffet style or having more staff in lunch area would be helpful.

I was here with my partner to celebrate my birthday. The spa is very nice and spacious without being overly crowded. The prices are high, but quite commensurate with the services offered, even if they could do better. Having arrived late and having taken the €95 package, they gave us an "aperitif". Well, if that's the aperitif, they'd better not offer it and they'll make a better impression. Not drinking, I asked for a juice and they told me it wasn't included in the price and I had to pay for it separately. A squeeze gentlemen!!!! Not to mention the food, two appetizers defrosted and served very badly with valerian leaves that had withered for hours and hours to decorate. In short, the aperitif to be avoided like the plague. For the rest beautiful spa. Ah, the floor is very slippery. You risk breaking your back with every step. Let's say that marble does not go well with water and slippers.

I stayed 2 nights in this amazing resort & spa hotel Fonteverde in my way to Florence, honestly it is the best experience i had in my trip to Italy, i had a room with very great view over the green hills which really made my stay very lovely, i loved the area, the hospitality and services, they have very delicious breakfast included in the room rate. They have very great thermal facilities and outdoor pool with worm temperature. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back.

Top-notch facilities and spa, with luxury services. Room with balcony and view of the enchanting valley. Spacious, elegant and with a very large balcony overlooking a spectacular view of the valley. There are numerous swimming pools with thermal variants, hydromassages, etc. (outdoor, indoor and mixed pools). There is also a wellness program which, in addition to the classic sauna and Turkish bath (it seems like a real "Greek" Turkish bath in this case), features a salt cave (excellent for the respiratory tract) and a vascular stimulation program. There is also an equipped gym, possibility of booking massages of all kinds, facial treatments, very nice relaxation rooms, etc. Dinner worthy of the entire context, in an elegant room. In addition to the proposal of the day (which therefore varies), there is a carte menu and it is possible to combine the proposals of the day with the standard dishes (few but specialized) Excellent breakfast (said by a very demanding breakfast lover) Top service Very welcome gift from the management

I spent four days for the Valentine weekend last week. I have been at the resort many times and it is always one of the best experience you can treat yourself with. Room, service, restaurant, concierge , everything was perfect. Everyone was very polite and professional. A special mention to the restaurant, chef and waiters (Georgia and Natacha) super professional. Another special mention to the spa, not only the concierge but to the professional who performed the best massages, Agostino, Davide and Paolo. Definitely, I will be back! Again

Last week I spent days in the "truly" beautiful Fonteverde facility. It wasn't the first time and it certainly won't be the last. Everything was perfect, from arrival to departure. All the staff proved to be professional, kind and attentive to guests' requests. In this regard, I would like to thank Natascha for her natural courtesy, knowledge of food and wine, as well as for personally following us during dinners, making everything magical. The same goes for Giorgia, quick, courteous, professional who, even during the crowded moments of breakfast, never failed to serve the guests quickly and courteously. Il servizio del personale e i servizi che offre la struttura meritano 5 stelle, le camere e il ristorante non sono all'altezza (in una classica mancava un comodino per mancanza di spazio e al ristorante per pescato del giorno è stato portato un tonno pinna gialla che non è nostrano) di un leading hotel of the world. La posizione e la struttura sono unici.
