It wasn't the first time we went to Fuor d'Acqua, and it won't be the last! We have tried and found excellent restaurants in our life and in our travels, but this is one of the BEST fish restaurant in the WORLD! Just the (long) list of both raw and hot appetizers will confirm this statement which at first glance may seem excessive. Prices obviously proportional to the high quality of what is served. The staff is absolutely up to par with professionalism and rare kindness. Thank you, and see you soon again!

Cena di Natale da 10 e lode! Locale molto bello ed elegante, personale cordiale e attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. La signora Carolina all’accoglienza una persona veramente squisita che ti fa sentire a casa. Delle pietanze nemmeno sto a parlarvene, tutto perfetto!! la qualità è eccezionale dal crudo di pesce alla pasta cucinata in modo impeccabile! Non mancheremo ti tornare, meraviglioso!!

Il mare a Firenze, locale molto curato con giochi di luci, personale attento ai tavoli. Abbiamo assaggiato più antipasti e ogni portata un esplosione di gusto. Non siamo andati oltre , dopo 7 portate, ci siamo fermati al dolce.

18/03/2024: Excellent cuisine for business and fleeting lunches. Don't underestimate the steak, they know how to cook it very well...and then...the carbonara. The innkeeper is very nice
16/03/2024: Handy place to grab a quick lunch or a sandwich. The peculiarity is the goodness of the proposal, the flatbreads are varied and very rich, the first courses are stellar with fresh pasta. Very kind staff Truly recommended!
