03/12/2023: It’s an excellent restaurant, with good service and a very interesting menu and a long wine list. The portions are large enough. They make their own bread in different kinds and all very good. We had an amuse bouche , then we shared pear ravioli (four big dumplings each). As a main we had a fantastic deer with a super sauce and roasted mutton that was a little tough. The chestnut soufflé was rather dry but it got much better with its cranberry sauce and quince jam. The price is what you expect for this type of restaurant.

10/10/2023: Locale accogliente dagli arredi tipici della zona. Anche la cucina è quella tipica ma sapientemente riproposta dall’ ottima accoppiata Herbert e Daniel Hintner, rispettivamente babbo e figlio. Molto buone le materie prime adoperate. Servizio professionale e attento. Interessante la carta dei vini.
