A fantastic place for lunch or dinner. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and top quality. The price is affordable. Highly recommended.

qualità, quantità, gentilezza, cortesia sono tutti aggettivi perfetti per descrivere "Fresco e cotto" iniziando dal cibo, curato nei minimi dettagli, gustoso, fresco, la nostra cena di pesce è stata da noi e soprattutto dai nostri invitati più che gradita.Attentissimi ad ogni singola portata e altrettanto per ogni invitato rispettando ed esaudendo ogni nostra singola richiesta, dal gluten free alla cena di carne per chi era intollerante al pesce. Personale attento e preparato insieme ai titolari formano un team impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente!!

Quality, quantity, kindness, courtesy are all perfect adjectives to describe ''Fresh and cooked'', starting with the food, with attention to the smallest details, tasty, fresh, our fish dinner was enjoyed by us and above all by our guests more than welcome. Extremely attentive to every single course and equally to each guest, respecting and fulfilling our every single request, from gluten free to a meat dinner for those who were intolerant to fish. Attentive and trained staff together with the owners form an impeccable team. We had the pleasure of celebrating our daughter's baptism here, certain of celebrating other events in this fantastic and unique venue. I highly recommend!!

Non conoscevo questo posto, mi ci hanno portato alcuni amici . La cordialità del personale, l’atmosfera e il cibo rendono questo posto magnifico. Pesce freschissimo e di alta qualità anche i dessert non scherzano mica. Bellissima esperienza ci tornerò sicuramente

Oltre al sevizio eccellente dei titolari e dello staff del Fresco e Cotto, consiglio vivamente il pesce fresco che viene consigliato a tavola.

Ottimo tutto servizio , personale titolare locale pulizia gentilezza e il cibo spettacolare. Io avrei dato no 5 stelle ma 10. Complimenti per tutto anche per i dolci. Consigliatissimo.

11/12/2023: If you’re looking for a cozy atmosphere and superb Sicilian food with a creative, innovative touch served by a young, incredibly nice team, look no further! This restaurant is located in a beautiful, slightly green hillside street only 3 minutes off the main tourist paths. Perfect location for mingling with friends and enjoying beautifully presented Italian dishes - many of them with local Sicilian ingredients! So, don’t miss out! We had typical Sicilian pasta (with a dried tomato pesto), the wonderful risotto al nero di seppie, and the salmon with pink pepper. Starter was a Sicilian cheese with pear and honey, dessert a super yummy Panna Cotta. We were served all of this with great hospitality, swift service, impeccable English and, of course, wine recommendations by Carola and her colleagues. We would definitely return and can absolutely recommend this place for a great, innovative dinner! Edit: note that my review refers to the place that used to be here before (c. 2021). I cannot say anything about new place, but it looks good, as well. ;)
