Such a pity to give only 2 stars for the food. As a Sushi lover, I'm confused to see the sushi with normal rice(not sushi rice, it's over cooked and they all sticked together), and even more confused about the fact that it's still warm! The Cozze and polipo are not fresh.
The service is slow cuz there's only one staff taking order, he is very kind and fast enough but the restaurant is too big for only one staff.
The music is part of the environment, I'd say that the music is not adapt to this kind of food and atmosfere.

First time in this fantastic place, everything was very good, the service was very friendly, kind and nice. They have a lot of variety of dishes and I have to say that I enjoyed everything. I will definitely go back, the paccheri with sauce and stracciatella were out of this world 😋😍.
The fabulous sushi, especially the uramaki, potatoes and mussels, really good and above all original dishes.

The orecchiette with turnip tops were excellent, the pasta and the meat were also excellent, I expected more on the sushi which unfortunately wasn't very fresh, the lemon sorbet was unfortunately acidic and poor, too bad. I would go back just for the orecchiette🔝

At dinner I asked for confirmation that it was all you can eat, and I was told in the affirmative, but then the bill showed me the opposite. The mussels had a slightly small fruit but never mind, they were well seasoned, as were the prawns and the squid. In short, in the end I leaned more towards the Apulian one than the Japanese one.

Siamo stati ieri sera a cena, niente di speciale!! Avevo aspettative alte di questo posto ma deluse dal servizio praticamente quasi inesistente e dal conto salatissimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato !! Non penso ci tornerò più.

Fusion of Japanese and Apulian cuisine. Some dishes are very good, others have nothing special. Possibility of doing all you can eat which however does not allow you to fully savor fusion cuisine. Helpful and friendly staff, a bit of confusion regarding order management

Ma nulla di eccezionale. Ho preso uramaki con zucchine e pomodori secchi ma praticamente non ce n'erano.
Quello riso e patate si sentiva solo il philadelphia. Buona l'idea ma da rivedere alcune cose.

Abbiamo scelto la formula all you can eat,che dire?piatti con materie prime eccellente,sapori delicati ma squisiti,non parliamo della parte pugliese che era eccellente,ma anche quella giapponese davvero fresca
Molte opzioni vegetariane.
Servizio di una gentilezza ed attenzione unica.
